Q: How can I register as a Automotive part Dropshipper?

A: Fill in the Dropshipping Registration Page and we will send you an email once approved.

Q: How do I make money selling auto parts?

A: You need to be serious. Don’t think you can upload thousands of products on your site and wait for the money to start streaming in. It doesn’t work like that even if you have the lowest prices.

The simple answer to a complex question is provide value to customers.  Find out what they want and give it to them. The better you do this, the more you can charge.  Make sure you check out our tips in the Dropselling blog.

Q: Do you charge a setup or monthly fees?

A: We do not charge any fees. You only pay for the products themselves.

Q: What products do you offer?

A: We have access to a huge  range of parts that we cannot possibly list.  Just ask us for what you’re looking for and we will track it down and get the best price for you.  Do not make the mistake of trying to find a market for a particular part – find the customers first and then choose a part  that meets their needs.

Q: Where can I find a list of your parts?

A: We can provide spreadsheets small amounts of parts that we offer after you register and are accepted.  

Q: How can I place an order?

A: We are happy to work out a way that bests suits you and there are a few ways:

Using the spreadsheet provided upon approval of your account.

Directly purchasing off our website.  Ensure you have the correct shipping address and your billing address.  You can contact us to add a part that is not listed. You can register here.

Directly through our PayPal link by  quoting part number and providing details.

Q: How can I make a payment?

A: There are a few ways:

Purchasing directly from the website will take you to the payment page.

Paying directly using the our PayPal link or bank details found on our order spreadsheet.

Using the link provided to you after you’ve made an order.

Q: How do I put your parts on my website?

A: This is an impossible  question to answer without knowing how your website is built. We may be able to help if you were running WooCommerce using WordPress plugins like WP Product Importer or Woo Feed.

Contact us if you need a specific API or EDI feed for eBay, Amazon, Shopify etc and stating your specific needs.

Q: How long do you take to ship an order?

A:  For most parts it will be 1 to 3 days. We will advise of certain parts take longer to fulfill when we provide our parts list.

Q: Do you offer discounts?

A: We can provide excellent discounts on wholesale purchases on two or more items. We do not provide discounts on single dropshipped items until you make several orders from us. We can provide  discounts of 5 to 10% discount if you are selling high volumes each month.

Q: Do you have photos and descriptions of all your parts.

A: We can provide photos and descriptions for some items but not for the vast majority of parts. You would have far too much competition if we made it too easy. Creating the best photos descriptions and fitment information will be your key to success and put you in front of everyone of every wannabe out there.

Q: Do you offer things like tyres, wheels or windshields.

A: Generally, we only sell things under 2kg but we are happy to quote for large wholesale orders.

Q: Why are some of your your products are similar or more expensive than other online sites?

Q: What is your returns policy?

A: We offer change of mind returns in addition to faulty and incorrect items. Make sure your customers register for PayPal  returns so they can have their return shipping refunded by Paypal.

Q: How do I submit an order?

A: We are happy to work out a way that bests suits you. You can send us a customer invoice, spreadsheet, order online or send us a simple email.

Q: Can you help with matching the right part with the right model (vehicle fitment data)?

A: Yes our team has over 20 years experience in auto parts. The best way is to provide us with a VIN

Q: Will you provide tracking numbers?

A: Yes – always

Q: What happens if a package doesn’t arrive or is damaged in transit?

A: You are covered by Paypal’s Buyer protection (which is arguably harsh for sellers) and will receive a full refund or replacement. Please contact us and we will smooth things over.

Q: What happens if a product is faulty?

A: Again, a full refund or replacement. Generally it makes sense to maintain the customer relationship simply by not getting them to return the item by post and just send a photo.

Q: Where do you ship from and do I need to charge sales tax?

A: This is a tricky question that requires your own investigation and tax advice, but normally not. We ship from outside the US and EU. Generally speaking, you do not pay VAT or sales tax if you are shipping to a customer outside the Country (or US state) you have residence and are under the tax threshold. Also note that some jurisdictions such as EU countries have thresholds for which you must register and charge VAT (eg: Germany is € 100,000).  Beware, dropshipping from the likes of Amazon, Ebay and Alibaba can potentially cause you lots of tax implications if you are not careful.

Q: Which Countries do you ship to?

A: We ship to all developed nations that have a reliable postal system where things don’t get held up by customs, stolen or lost. It is easier to say we generally don’t post to South and Central America, Africa, former USSR countries and the less developed countries of Asia. Having said that we are open to suggestions.
